三、粗毛。粗毛又称枪毛或针毛。是兔毛中纤维最长、最粗的一种，直、硬，润滑，无弯曲，长度10～17厘米，细度31～120微米，均匀为47.77微米，普通仅占被毛总量的5％～10％，粗毛型兔可达18％以上。粗毛耐磨性强，具有维护绒毛、避免结毡的作用。依据毛纺工业和兔毛市场的需求，目前粗毛率的上下已成为长毛兔划分消费类型的一个重要性能指标，粗毛型兔毛，适用于粗纺，如消费普通毛衣。
